Option strategy backtester with thirty prebuilt strategies, auction labels on TPO and alert sounds
Rolled out between 12 and 14 June. Build a multi-leg options basket and step it through a historical session, read each profile's open and day type at a glance, hear your alerts, and open the terminal faster.
New
- Option strategy backtester in the Historical Option Chain panel, with a catalogue of about thirty prebuilt strategies: bullish (Buy Call, Sell Put, bull spreads, Call Ratio Back Spread, Long Calendar, Bull Condor and Butterfly, Range Forward, Long Synthetic Future), bearish (Buy Put, Sell Call, bear spreads, Put Ratio Back Spread, Bear Condor), neutral (Short Straddle, Iron Butterfly, Short Strangle, Short Iron Condor, Batman, Double Plateau, Jade Lizard and its reverse) and others. Build a basket, step through the session bar by bar watching realised and unrealised P&L, name and save baskets to your profile, or switch to Live for today. Option Strategies guide.
- Auction Market Theory labels on TPO and Market Profile. Each session is classified by open type (Open Drive, Open Test Drive, Open Rejection Drive, Open Auction) and day type (Normal, Normal Variation, Trend, Neutral, Neutral Extreme) and drawn as a label stack with an open-price marker and drive arrow; the developing session updates live.
- Alert sounds. Choose Default, Bell, Chime, Alert or Coin per alert, and see the notification channels as In-App, Push, Email and Webhook chips. Alerts guide.
- Debug mode. A toggle in the Profile menu unlocks a Debug panel with live frame rate, memory and feed metrics for support conversations.
Improved
- Alert lines on the chart get rounded Bell and Delete buttons with hover states, a price-label pill and larger touch targets.
- Symbol search opens on the first tab with results (indices, then futures, equities and options) and never hides index or equity symbols as expired.
- Advanced chart modes such as TPO and tick-based charts are gated by plan rather than by exclusion.
Fixed
- Chart right-click menu appears at the cursor inside every container instead of offset.
- Time & Sales stops matching bars to stale rows; trade identifiers are now unique.
Performance
- Faster first load. Routes load on demand and vendor code is split into cached chunks; the large NSE symbol lists moved out of the bundle and load when needed.
