Market data

Indian exchange data.
Straight from TrueData.

FutPrint runs on TrueData's own market-data feeds for NSE, BSE and MCX. Tick-level trades, open interest and end-of-day history for equities, indices, futures and options are included in every plan, with real-time streaming on Pro and Max. No broker connection and no separate data subscription.

Exchanges

Three exchanges.
One feed.

The same TrueData feed drives every module, so a chart, an option chain and a scanner describe the same trades at the same moment.

What the feed contains

From the print to the picture.

Each data type in the feed powers a specific set of tools in the terminal.

Tick-level trades

Price, quantity and time for every trade, classified to the bid or ask side by the terminal's aggressor rules. This is the basis of footprint charts, cumulative volume delta, bar statistics, Big Trades and the time and sales tape.

Candles and volume by price

Tick data is aggregated to any timeframe from one minute to monthly, plus custom, tick-range and tick-count candles on the higher plans. Volume profile, TPO market profile and VWAP are built from the same trades.

Open interest and option chains

Open interest for futures and options updates through the session. The option chain, Options Print, gamma exposure, multi-strike OI and derivatives positioning read it alongside price and volume.

End-of-day history

Completed sessions are available for study and replay on every plan. Market replay steps through a past session bar by bar, or tick by tick on Max, using the stored feed.

Data timing by plan

End-of-day on every plan.
Real-time on Pro and Max.

Coverage is the same for completed sessions. The plans differ in what streams live and where footprints are built in real time.

About the provider

Built by the data company.

TrueData supplies market data to Indian traders, developers and institutions. FutPrint is its terminal.

Because the feed and the terminal come from the same company, there is no gap between what the exchange sends and what the charts show. The data pipeline, the tick storage and every module are maintained together, and a change to one is tested against the others.

What we do not claim

  • No latency figures. Delivery time depends on your connection and the exchange; we do not publish a number we cannot stand behind for every user.
  • No predictions. Scanner events, gamma exposure and Market Pulse are derived from observed data and configured rules. They are context to investigate.
  • No markets outside India. FutPrint covers NSE, BSE and MCX only.

Need the raw feed for your own software? TrueData's data products are licensed separately from the terminal.

FutPrint is a TrueData product and all exchange data in the terminal comes from TrueData's own feeds for NSE, BSE and MCX. There is no third-party or broker feed in between.

On the Pro and Max plans, yes. Pro streams NSE and BSE futures, options and indices in real time; Max adds MCX and the equity segment. Free and Lite use end-of-day data, which is updated after the session closes.

No. Market data is included in every FutPrint plan. You do not connect a broker to see data, and there is no separate data fee.

NSE and BSE equities, indices and futures and options, and MCX commodity futures. Real-time coverage depends on the plan; end-of-day coverage is the same on every plan.

No. FutPrint is built for Indian exchanges only. Traders who need other markets keep a separate tool for them.

Every trade print carries price, quantity and time. FutPrint classifies each trade to the bid or ask to build footprint charts, cumulative volume delta, bar statistics, volume profiles and the time and sales tape. Open interest is updated through the session for derivatives.

FutPrint is an analysis terminal, not a data API. Data is viewed and analysed in the terminal under the plan's terms. For raw data feeds, contact TrueData directly.
